A pretty good chapter for a filler and as always the writing is pristine and I can clearly see the movie - sorry fanfic in my head.

The dialogue is really awful. In what universe do you see Narcissa Malfoy saying "knickers in a twist"? It also doesn't flow well. Your beta should have been looking for that, not just grammatical errors. Also:

"the seers are never wrong about a veela's mateOkay, well what did they say?they're too cryptic so we didn't bother. "

This whole thing sounds really convoluted and it's out he prologue. The idea has promise, but you need a LOT of editing.

This is a great story but desperately needs to be revised and betad. The perspective shifts from third to first to third again nearly made me stop reading. There are some other little grammatical and syntax errors scattered throughout the rest of the story too. But other than that the plot itself was really great and I enjoyed it
