I am absolutely blown away by this story. The behind-the-scenes, the worldbuilding, the characterization-all of it is just so good. I was completely engrossed and binged this fic in a day! My only disappointment is that the sequel doesn't seem to be completed, but I can live with that because things end on a hopeful-as hopeful as post-Hunger Games fic can be-note. However, these are extreme uses of testicle cuffs. More conventionally, the device pulls down the testicles and keeps them there during stimulation, which has a number of benefits:

Making the penis appear longer. Pulling the testicles down and away from the base of the penis stretches the skin over the base of the penis and pubic bone, exposing the additional inch or so of penile shaft that is normally hidden from view.

This is without a doubt the best Hunger Games fic I've ever read. I like how you named the other tributes, gave them all a role and characterization, and the idea for this fic is by itself very original and a good idea. My only real complaints are that the Capitol segments seemed a tad dull, and Cato and Clove's deaths seemed somewhat anticlimactic, but this was an otherwise good and well-written story.

Oh, that was so great! It was also so...MUCH! It was really different...but yet still THG. Nice and long, but it didn't drag. Made me think, feel, worry, and love the characters even more.
One thing that I really like about the change-ups is that Katniss is actually involved without pouting and being a baby about it...she realizes what's at stake and jumps in to do her part. I haven't read a fic yet where she does that (until now) and always get frustrated at her.
Gotta go read other stories from this universe... can't wait! Thanks for all your hard work and for sharing this!

Concerning your author's note, I've noticed that even the tributes who were named in the first and second book were not given last names. With the exception of Finnick, Annie and Johanna. Also Cinna, Portia and the prep team were not given last names.
