There could have been some danger where using his powers was the only option and only the deciding that he wanted to tell him. And then the storm was just dropped and they went on a "date". So did the storm just suddenly pass or were they flying in the middle of it? And even with the revelation, there could have been so much more exploring of what was going in their heads - you made such a wonderful job taking it slowly and giving their inner thoughts and then suddenly what was supposed to be a crucial moment was just mushed into half a chapter. |
