The story was really funny, I was laughing so hard when I was reading all of it. I can just imagine Heisuke helping Makoto find the cockroach and Saitou sighing as he said: You really are a kid aren't you. Sorry LunarQueen but I liked this story way better than The Frozen Sword.

Haha this made me laugh so hard! Your story is very good, l love it! You captured Saito's emotions so well! :D And Makoto is right, even I would wish to be hit then scolded by Saito. Geez, I'd just about jump off a cliff(Lame! Saito's already done that) to get out of it. I admire his will :D Anywhos I wish to read more :D

On another note,i also read your other story in which chizuru lies a lot. And how Saito cleansed her by cutting her with the blunt end. I never would have imagined that but after that,it made me want to be a better person. Words are very strong :)

You you you are...THE MOST AMAZING PERSON EVER! A freaking ahhhhhhhhhhhh, oh my god, super amazing, mini sequel of The Frozen Sword! Ahhhh holy crap I thought you never write this! Thank you thank you thank you! Finally we get to see or in this case read about Makoto Saito the child of Chizuru and Hajime Saito...muuuwahhhh. I just I...there are no words to express my freaking happiness! Freaking oh my freaking god! I totally get on where your going with OCs, like for the Hakuoki fandom I can't bring myself to read any stories that have an OC with one of the characters, but this this was perfectly well written. Though Makoto is an OC I adore him! Especially choosing the name, haha using the Shinsengumi's symbol. Ahh but thank you for including the birth scene! Oh Saito still so worried during the pregnancy, though it is the same for all new fathers haha. I was kind of hoping for a baby girl, butttt it's okay (maybe for a different story...hint hint) either gender is totally fine. I just about lost it when Makoto got caught in the Dango shop and that left hand on his shoulder...hmmm the only person that popped in my mind was totally Saito haha even though it could be anyone. Anywhooo Makoto's partner-in-crime is Okita-San?! Oh dear but haha definitely shows the rebellious side. Just everything about this is too damn cute! But again thank you thank you thank you for writing this. A sense of sweetness closure to a fantastic story.

This was a beautiful finisher to the Frozen Sword story. It really left a closer and made you know everything will be okay now.
XP it was wonderful to see satio and chizuru aftermath and their son's story. If people made OC storys like this I would love to read them.
