I like this. It's really funny and you managed to write both characters (and Troy, although his appearance was brief) very well. I think it is easier to right on the Annie side of the two's relationship, and you do that very well. The reference to TV Tropes was a bit disarming, because given the chronology of the series, my mind jumps from high school to "the past," but the utilization of it was very subtle. It's also a good thing they didn't fall in love, those kinds of oneshots are usually very unrealisitic. I would ask you to continue, but at the same time AU (especially strictly romantic AU) can feel tiresome and superfluous. So leave this as it is. It's very good.

Awww! How sweet! I love Abed and Annie together, and I think that you have a great way of showing them. It's always believable, which is something I love. I've actually never heard of TV Tropes, which makes me feel sad. Maybe I'll have to look it up. Quoting The Outsiders is so wonderfully Abed. Too bad his moment of glory, his state of the union address, his Jeff Winger speech had to be interrupted by that kid in class. Anyways, I really want to see more of your writing, besides what I've already read off of your profile. I think it's cool, as in cool cool cool, that you can come up with this stuff.
