I like the plot and creature- like inheritance for Hermione.
it would be great if you went back and edited this to remove the Author's notes and recap of the last chapter at the start of each chapter. I don't usually day that on a fic, but the ANs are not helpful, you clearly changed your mind a lot for this fic, talking about it being 3-4 chapters a lot and it is 55. the recaps are very long and unnecessary. the artificially elevate the word count of the story by a lot and interfere with voice to text listening to chapters. more people might read this if the word count was more true.

I'm enjoying this fic, but since I'm trying to listen to it instead of reading it directly, the "previously on" is driving me crazy. they are really long, and if people forgot what happened previously they can turn back a page

Trying to steer irrationally deluded onto the right path has been ongoing for 2000 years. Once it was christians trying to convert heathens - now it's silly fangirls of draco being shown he's not some sort on teen sexgod but a nasty vicious bully.
Even JK can't understand his popularity & despairs at countless fans 'who think they can change him'! In real life all too many women fail in this towards violent/misogynistic/controlling/ passive-aggressive or manipulative men. I hope that Draco explains so of the stuff that Michael does to make him feel that way. Michael is not innocent in all this and Hermione needs to realize that.
