Nicely done! This was an enjoyable fic that filled a gaping hole in the series. You've really got the characters down, and I like your vision of April. I feel like the show needs to step up her character a bit, and if April develops into the kind of character I hope she'll become, I will be completely content with the 2012 version. As of now, she's a little bland. I do love that you've given her a bit of an edge, a desire to do something about getting her dad back, regardless of the fact that she isn't a ninja like the rest of them.

Now this review's beginning to ramble on. I'll end it by saying I like your style of writing, and I'm excited to read this Halloween fic you've been talking about on Tumblr. :-)

Loved this. I absolutely love how you can tell, from what the turtls are saying in that last part, which one is speaking, without you needing to tag them. I hope that you can continue writing between the eps like this. I have only managed to catch two of the new series, but love it so far.
