I loved this story, and it's prequel. They are incredibly amazing stories, and all the references to objects and quotes were pure genius. Great job! :) 3

Now that this series is over, just wanted to comment! I really LOVED this! I love the modern time twist, and really how happy and in love they were despite challenges. It's actually really sad because in the books they could have been truly happy together like that without having to remember actual war and losses... which makes me so sad TBH. Snow sucks. I loved Peeta's POV as well, where can I find a peeta? This really was super super good, I'll always remember it!

A beautiful story - both this and the prequel. I loved the way they grew together and how loving and patient Peeta was with Katniss - and how she was equally as patient with his family issues. Mr Mellark's explanation did help - I couldn't understand why he just let Peeta go - but it was still terrible parenting. And Rye seemed to change so much from giving Peeta their grandmother's ring (it's good that Mrs Mellark never found out about that!) and trying to help by asking Peeta to chat with his pastor - to completely cutting him off and not even telling him about Jasper. Thanks for sharing.

This is a very thoughtful series of stories that are particularly enjoyable. Great work!

I love this. I can relate so much to Peeta. Throughout twelfth grade (last year) I was faced with the daunting question of what university program I was going to major in. I had no idea what to do with my life, and in January, when I finally had to send in applications, I remember being the most stressed I have ever been. I applied to a few different programs but, in May, had to decide which one I would ultimately pick. I had to do a lot of soul-searching, like Peeta, but it didn't really help (also like Peeta). Finally, I decided that going down a biology-related route would probably be best for me. I chose a Health Science program. Hopefully I'll like it (I'm starting first year in two weeks).

I also completely relate to Katniss's anxiety. I love routine, and the thought of being thrown into a strange new place with strange new people makes me want to throw up. I'd like to say that I'll try to be outgoing and meet new people in two weeks, but I'm totally gonna be like katniss
