This is just so dark and sad but sweet and endearing at the same time. I'm deeply moved by how they find the anchor and light in each other. As always, I love this!

"I liked this." The first time I had read this on whofic, I had not seen the episode that u reference with the TARDIS explosion. Now that I had, it makes more sense. Thanks for writing a great series of fics. And if u say that u had good source material, I would respond that I wish your work was source material. Great job writing it, and thanks for a good read.

How about "I LOVE this!" ? Brilliant follow up that basically let's us know that not every ending needs to be happy. But so long as a continuing path is established, everything works out for the better in the end.

I loved Jack and Ianto's insecurities and how they bubbled over, Jack's especially. And the two of them having sex on a mate's couch! I felt so sorry that poor Nathan couldn't find a space for himself to fit into - and I do hope Ianto readily hands Albert his ass if the tech steps out of line...

Great follow-up - and I REALLY CAN NOT! wait for the next one.

I liked this :) Actually, I loved it. This epilogue, especially, is a perfect ending to this story: melancholy but with the hope that it's going to be okay. The ending was really, really lovely, and the entire story was enjoyable. Another absolutely fantastic tale. Thanks so much for sharing it :)

Finally something went more or less right. I liked that touch, that Nathan was someone Ianto couldn't remember, and it was nice that Ianto was the one able to talk to him.
And then... wow. That's a new and very dark problem to have. But I do love the way your phrased their deal: "Then we'll both see if we can be brave for another day." That conversation with Alice and Jack had to be hard. But this last scene in the car was almost sweet, despite the overall darkness of the chapter. This story can be slower and darker than some of your other stuff, but it all works just as well. Great job.

Damn. Talk about the walk of shame. It does seem Ianto's lot in TW 3 to have the team acting that way around him. I'm glad he bites back at Albert, though. Although he is awfully maudlin - which is understandable, but it'll be nice when things relax a little.
But, Jack's speech in the car about his reasons for wanting Ianto to stay out of Torchwood - I almost agree with him, put like that. That was an amazing speech, perfectly worded so that it was so honest and heartbreaking without being melodramatic - you stayed away from cliches and stayed true to Jack's voice. Gwen's version of the riot act was equally good.

Sad and oddly lovely all around, especially how you're portrayed Jack's devotion to Ianto. I liked Gwen's lecture last chapter.

It's more than just "I liked this". It's being moved by it, perceptions being changed by it, and the occasional flash of humor coming just when it's needed. Beauty being what it is, on so many levels.

I really liked this. It was sweet and angsty and dramatic. All the things I love in a good story. Thanks for sharing.

It took me some time to remember who Albert was, but yeah. I didn't see that one coming.

What the hell? Oh, my god, there had better be a really good explanation for this - I really hope he's going rogue and it isn't that they were all hiding this TW thing from Ianto. When I wanted to know more about Albert I certainly wasn't expecting that! This has just reached the level of awesome that I always find in your stories, and I'm ridiculously excited to see how it turns out!
