Welcome back. I was wondering if you would eventually update or start a new story. Still waiting on either Naruto, DMC, Bleach, or FFVII fanfictions. Looking forward to you further work.

What I want to ask is this. Why ? Why Cloud is so determined to follow canon. Why YOU are so determined to do so ?
At chapter 2, when Cloud thought about his childhood, Tifa, the 'Why', and decided to just go, I was saying to myself "Maybe it won't follow canon", only to facepalm at the next chapter.
You stated that Cloud had his memories intact, how about we see at what it change ? Otherwise, the story don't worth to be read.
What's next ? The crossdressing part ?

Well, I would really like if you update this story first, I think is great, and I love reading about Cloud anyways, so yeah, this one first.

Great story, been looking for a well written Fic that has cloud remembering who he is for an age, like how you have the Soldiers fighting like Soldiers and not sticking to the Game Mechanics never really understood why people do that lol

Another good chapter. You portrayed Cloud just as he really was in the game, a little bit of a bad ass, with a good heart,and dry sense of humor. Love it!

Your skills as a writer grow stronger with each passing day. Soon all others while flock toward your strength, like rats to a carcass. And laugh you will at the fools can not help but gaze in awe. YOURS WILL BE LITERARY MASTERPIECE ECLIPSING ALL IN A RADIANT LIGHT OF SUPERIOR GRAMMAR AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT (not to mention a nice fluid use of first person perspective while also making the Alternative Reality not very divergent yet it still has the potential-all due to a single letter too- but wait I'm now going off on a tangent- fuck! where is my caps lock!?).

-ahem- sorry drinking and reading don't always mix (but still the best idea ever). I usually let other people review since I'm lazy, but I really like this story and don't want you to stop writing it. I'll try to review every chapter I read and try to be constructive.(in which I mean I'll just point out things I like.)

p.s. In the future I'll try to use less parentheses, proofreading my review made me realize how annoying that can be.

WOW! This story needs far more views then what it's getting. It's been a long time since anyone actually started writing on the main core game storyline. I feel for you bro this story is highly underrated and deserves far more review, views, favs, and follows.

Look good. Yes, Zack is a Hero but I prefer Cloud [with no reason] ;P and I love that you make him in character.

I don't mind GuyxGuy or GirlxGirl as long as it's Fun but I hate THE OOCNESS that many writers put in to Cloud [he isn't a girl or the weaker who begs for love] and then, some writers make OOC of their OOC, and I can't stand it.

Really like the way this story is going. It sucks that the community for Final Fantasy VII is so small on the fanfiction site, at least in comparison to Harry Potter and Naruto. I've read Addiction so I have good hopes for this story too. Frankly, I'm mostly relieved that Cloud can once again be the main character for something without him having to be in some highschool reality or in 3/4/5/6 -way relationship with every other male cast in the series.

Very interesting! Hope to read more of it.
