Aw, so sad. Aithusa was yet another way the finale failed miserably-we didn't see what happened to her!
I loved the way you described the connection between dragon and dragonlord and gave us much more insight into everything surrounding Aithusa. Fantastic writing.

AW! This was so good, yet so sad! Honestly, how heartbreaking was Aithusa's role in the fifth season?! T_T I always thought there was so much wasted potential there, and this more or less proves it! I LOVE this, though, hard to recall as it was, and your way with this scene was gorgeous! *U* Rock on! LOVE it!

I loved this. You handled Merlin's shock at Aithusa's condition so well and brought a dimension to it about which the show could only hint. Well done.

Wow, this was a great re-telling of this scene. Really captured all the emotions. Quite excellent.

Oh God, that was so beautiful and so sad at the same time. It fit perfectly as an explanation for what happened to Aithusa (and why it took so long for Merlin or Kilgharrah to find her). I so hope they do a bit more explaining in the series, rather than leave us wondering. :O)

Oh my god so heart wrenching. Poor poor Athusia. Write more I can see so much potential in this sad story.
