I definitely agree with you especially when it comes to the underlying problems Thor and Loki have ,it’s obvious that things happened as they were growing up and let’s face it Thor is really not good at seeing the big picture and is pretty ignorant of people’s feelings and such though it is extremely obvious that they care for each other a lot and Loki just wanted to find where he belonged, he just wanted to prove himself to everyone, and a unrelated note you know the septere he had in the avengers with the mind stone well in theory Thanos could have fed of Loki’s emotions(and heightened them)and could have been mind controlling him from Thanos’s barren moon or sanctuary and led him to do those crimes until he let go of the rainbow bridge and from there Loki fell through space and time until he fell though a wormhole and landed on the rock where Thanos tortured him until he was weak enough to fall under the full control of the mind stone which keep in mind Loki has a very strong mind and he was probably only controlled because of himself if that makes any sense also there was quite a lot of evidence in both Thor and the Avengers movies that he was mind controlled/brainwashed and/or tortured like that his eyes are an intelligent emerald green but they kept flickering between ice blue and emerald green, that it looked like he was having internal battles in his head, the moments of hesitation in both movies, the fact Loki is mischievous but would never actually want to hurt anyone, he does hate being the centre of attention no matter how much he also wants it and just wants the love of his family, in the Avengers he definitely looked like he had a fever, he looked to be in pain, he wanted to rule even though in the first one he clearly said he never wanted to rule and he was even completely surprised and maybe disgusted and confused when the guards gave him the staff, he acted like a completely different person the Avengers movie, not to mention the rooftop scene where he stabbed his brother and how he kept arguing with himself plus the look in his eyes, also he is obviously a lot more powerful then he was in that movie not including the the powers he has being a frost giant or a Jotunheim offspring and l’m 97% sure he can travel through the world tree And can talk telepathically and probably read minds not to mention he can obviously use magic even when it’s suppressed, oh and in the Avengers movie he wasn’t acting like his genius self l mean yeah he was still extremely strategical but it looked like he was acting impulsively and more like Thor, which reminds me l’m pretty sure he didn’t tell anyone of him being controlled was because he knew no one would believe he was being controlled, oh and don’t forget about the threat the other made to Loki I mean yeah it could have been about Loki’s childhood but the might have been a double meaning on the threat, oh and you could most definitely tell Loki was extremely malnourished and how he kept on putting on masks or illusions and more anyway I totally agree with you maybe you could make a FanFiction where after the battle of New York and everything he has PTSD and doesn’t know how to deal with it and hiemdall sees everything Loki is trying to hide and either helps him or tells Thor and they find out that Loki was innocent all along and a lot happens or something like :doesn’t fury remind you of hiemdall and Odin mixed into one also sorry if this confusing

Okay, so I highly doubt you'll ever see this comment considering the fact that this was posted almost seven years ago, but all the same - This fic is amazing! I'm particularly impressed with how you're writing the Warrior Three Sif. It's so in character. I'm even more impressed considering the fact that you posted this before many of the new movies came out and it still remains in character. I admit, while reading I've thought it was a recent fic because of the lack of contradiction in the characters personalities in accordance to the recent movies. Great job! :)

Your story is really great. Loki's thoughts sound so logical and realistic that it's impossible not to understand him. Frigga and Odin are frustrating, and I really can't wait for Odin's secret schemes to be revealed. I love that Thor is trying to help Loki, and his apology felt really truthful even though bringing his friends to speak with Loki was somewhat an idiot move. Everything in your story seems so perfectly organized and the characters' thoughts, emotions and reactions are very natural. I hope that you'll continue this story, it's really great, and I definitely need to know how Loki will end up at the end of it all.

Thor took his friends side real quick and was ready to believe Loki was lying when the truth didn't fit his ideas. He even got violent yet he womders why Loki might be afraidd od him. Almost every chapter made me cry and I love it. Update soon please.

There were occasional minor grammatical errors, but on the whole this was very well written. The way you write Loki is engaging, and I found your musings on his relationships and on Asgard as a whole to be fascinating and highly plausible. I'm sad to see that this probably won't be continued, but I'm putting it on alert just in case. Kudos!

I agree completely that Odin's "No, Loki" was unforgivable. It indicates he's either mind-numbingly stupid or excruciatingly constipated in the Emotions department, and I suspect it's a bit of both. He might as well have pried Loki's fingers from the scepter himself.
I do believe Odin has what he believes to be good intentions, but that doesn't mean he's actually a good person, you know?

i cried at some part of this story actually shed tear and felt hurt and wounded w loki . this fanfic is actually a good book . it has every things expect a bit of humor but it has been thought through very very deep and good and vast . i ve read a lot of loki ffs amd urs is one of the few ones that paint loki right for me . paint loki and others rights as i felt them and i cannot pu in words how grateful for that i am bc when i see people missundrestand loki situation and his brother and his brother friends role in i all i just feel restless and boil so im REALLY thankful for this . and about the story line , u just dont go w a simple line ahead . matters keeps crashing in the main line like waves and it just feels so full filling and makes me not able to atop reading bc every thung is put where it should be and attached so realestically and nohing bothers my common sense . now i see last u updated this was freaking years ago but i want to hope and wish and pray u come back and post the next chapter . please

I think Loki assumes the worst in people because people, the people of Asgard, "his" people, always assume the worst in him and maybe to justify their actions, he believes everyone wishes evil so he doesn't have to think there is something wrong with him.
