I LOVED Kate taking control of the situation and dragging him into the room and this line 'frenzied unshackled kiss', its creating some images let me tell you! And Castle taking control when she tries to back out...perfection! Poor Castle... ‘We almost got
lucky‘ lol. You‘re such a TEASE! But its awesome! Reading this has made me realise exactly *how* much I am missing your writing! I know you know this but Ill keep on saying it, you ARE an amazing writer and I want to read so much more from you. You are not done by any means! I just wont accept it! :-P. Have a couple of hours to spare so I'm going back and reading some older fan fiction stories. This is a great one - love the conversations between Rick and Kate. Their friendly banter, their give and go and their teasing of each other. This was just a fun story to read!

Just so you know, I have been wanting to see something like this on the show. Maybe if they have a takedown to wrong and Castle really gets put in danger, once they are back at the Precinct, Kate would do this. Or maybe that is just wishful thinking. That is what FF is for right?

I may be begging you for a Part 2. :)

The imagery here was just funny - Kate getting hot for him and pulling him into a room, only to be interrupted by what they thought was Esposito barging in on him, only to tell Castle that they could NOT do that again - and Castle's response that *she* was the one that started it. I really liked his response to Kate's demand that they keep their hands to themselves from now on:

He raised his hands in surrender. "Fine. But, for four years, building theory has been like foreplay. I'm not sure how to turn that particular burner down, Kate, especially now that we're engaged in..." He looked around and lowered his voice even further, "...after-play. You're hot when you're solving murders, you know that? Can you really blame me when I want to take you?"

From now on I will not be able to look at her peering at the white board with him watching her and not think that he's having naughty thoughts. Well done!
