So, just for the record, they are not "revising" for exams: they are "studying" for them. "to revise' means to correct something one has already written.

I love this story. It always bothers me though that somehow no one can defend themselves against Peeta's mother. I always thought his dad was a kind man but in this story, just like canon, I don't respect him. Anybody who betas their child like his mother does is an animal and for a man not to protect his children makes him just as bad. His inaction makes him guilty of beating his kids. A real man who truly loves his children would have tossed her ass out onto the street. Katniss getting slapped by her and doing nothing? And she still hits Peeta? I was never sad when she died in the original series - I was glad. I can only imagine the continued abuse she would have caused although a hijacked Peeta versus his mother would have been great.
