Honestly I think Jason and nico are both stronger and more heroic than Percy, but that’s just my opinion.

Tis is the exact same scen from the book. You coul have made it interesting where piper is also possessed annd therefoir no one could drive the eidolons away and the eidolons would possess Percy leo Jason and piper for the rest of the trip. They would ranbdomly posses the 4 and make thing go the way gaea would want it to

Jason wouldn't really crave to be a leader, though since you wrote this before the Blood of Olympus, I guess its understandable. In BoO, Jason said he had never wanted to be preator or leader, he didn't want the spotlight and stuff. And I think there's no competition between Percy and Jason, Percy is definitely more powerful, more skilled with his sword, he's the best swordsman in what... 3 centuries? Sure, it may take a long time if the two of them battle, but Percy is sure to win one way or another.

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A CHAPTER! You could do Jason's POV of Percy after he and Annabeth come back from Tartarus. I think that'd be cool. great chapter, this one.
