Well, his punishment was better than Azkaban, but he probably won't think so once he really gets started scrubbing without magic. And I'm glad that Snape let him know he was still loved.

Unless, of course, Sierra is magical as well, which she could be (Hagrid would adopt her in a New York minute if she is).

I like how they got Phantom back, and I do think Sev is right about Sierra; at the very least she's a Squib.

Good chapter! Albus Severus is really growing up-all that dawn patrol stuff, and at the end, thinking that he'll need help before madly rushing after things.

Thanks for the recipes! Albus seems like a pretty responsible kid, compared to his dad. And Severus will like having Phantom around, too, when Albus is at school.

As for having the ham and bean soup whenever he likes-um, that will depend on Severus, although if he's really busy I suspect Albus Sev is going to learn how to make it, too.

Yes, I thought the poor kid would be sick, and Snape would take good care of him. I'm glad the mare is recovering, too. I noticed how Snape would call Albus Severus 'Sev' when he's trying to make the boy feel better and 'Sevvy' even more so.

Good start. I expect that the first thing Snape will do is to put Albus in a hot bath, dose him with several potions, and put him to bed, and reserve any discipline till the morning (and if Albus does fall sick, then Severus will look after the mare, too, he just won't admit it to anyone).
