Honestly, given the complex relationship between Eimi and Ken, I was surprised a discussion about the dark flower and the Kaiser didn't come up.

Excited to see what happens next! Honestly, if you do Tri, I hope you treat everyone better than Toei. Benching the 02 chosen is understandable to an extent. But the Chosen completely ignoring them...To me, at least, Tri made the original Chosen look like the worst friends on the planet to the younger kids. They didn't even try to tell them about the reboot. Yikes.

Yes hes still a villian. No it doesn’t excuse his behavior. But we can see where it comes from. We understand that his family life was effed up so hes doing what he THINKS needs to be done while also adopting traits from family he saw growing up. For readers who have an experience with people like this. We get it.

Ken's POV is quite intriguing. This chapter showed me that Ken really doesn't know Eimi as much as we do since we've been with her through her journey. I can't wait to see them bond.
