Omg I love this! I adore stories that focus on Cato and Clove's twisted sadistic nature, I think you should write more Cato/Clove stories!

oooh, I loved this. Wonderful writing style!

This is a sort of psychotic, sick love story between two very badly damaged kids. It's so well written and gives a good insight to the thought processes of psychopaths, but it so sad that they were both driven insane by the deranged society that raised them. In another world they might have indeed been lovers. I have always felt Clove was the 'sicker puppy' of the two, there in the Arena just to indulge her bloodlust not quite so concerned with 'victory'. It is Cato I see more as having been taken in by the tales of 'glorious victory', wealth and fame that he had been brainwashed with as a young child. Nevertheless, both of them were doubtless mad in their own way and thus fitted together with a strange kind of 'perfection. I loved this, it was very well done but it was scarcely a 'happy read'.

That was awesome! I really enjoyed it!

This was actually kind of a sad fic. In a really, really twisted way, but I kind of wanted one of them to win, by the end (and this is how you know I probably have serious issues, haha). I like how you explored their relationship without them being in love, because it's interesting how it turned out. They're both so...scary, but it's like a collective scariness, so they're perfect together in the arena, not necessarily as a couple, but as a package deal regardless. Well, a package deal minus the fact that they're both dreaming (kind of literally) about each other's imminent deaths.

And I'm totally rambling now, so I'll shut up before I start repeating myself.

I really loved this. It had such a beautiful lyricalness about it. Very lovely language and pacing and structure. Nice. :)

This is a really nice story. I like how there was no REAL romance. There was no kissing or anything. The love they shared for one another was the love to kill each other. Very rare type of story to come by. Great job!
P.S. Some parts were a little too repetitive.
