   ChaseRyans123 chapter 13 . 6/27/2018 I love this story. It’s really well written, features great characterization, and it’s a pretty great read to boot. My one issue with it is that Vlad’s final scene is...pretty anticlimactic. I mean, he’s been the primary antagonist for two books out of three, and when it comes down to the final battle it’s Danielle that takes him down. I get that in real life things don’t always happen in a dramatically pleasing fashion, but...I just don’t like the fact that the main villain gets taken out with a surprise punch by a side-character who only showed up five chapters from the end of the trilogy. Danny didn’t even get to counterattack after he got stabbed! Not a single ecto-blast or ice dagger stab! It was just underwhelming to finish this awesome final battle with that. |
