Great story, I love it

I absolutely ADORE this fic. I love how you eased into the beginning of the story and just left the perfect amount unexplained. I was at the edge of my seat nearly screaming in frustration over all the near misses between Van and Hitomi and their reunion. I love how you dealt with her process of getting to know herself again, as well that the debate of her being a different person after losing her memories or not.

I loved Folken and Mamoru and Hiigo and Naria and Eriya and Dryden and Gaddess and Gatos and each character you gave attention too. Character development was top-notch in the story for literally everyone, though I must give a special mention to that of Celena. Wonderful treatment of characters, with your original ones very endearing and the established ones staying true to how they would be. I've so much more to elaborate but that'll probably bore you.

I appreciate how you didn't make Zaibach the ulmiate bad guy either, giving the country a means to realistically get back into Gaea's good books.

The plot itself was fantastic and was treated so well, with very little predictablility and nice twists every now and again. Tender moments so tender I smiled, laughed and/or teared up more than I'd care to admit.

I might be able to go on and on and on about how much I loved this fanfic. There are some pretty damn good continuation fics for Escaflowne out there and I definitely would count this as one of them.

Your writing style is impeccable, save for a few minor typos here and there - hardly an issue. The only criticism I can offer is probably about the overuse of the word 'rotations'. While I understand the need to familiarise the reader with the term, it did get used quiite a lot, in places phrases like "a long time ago" would have sufficed.

Overall: wonderful story, excellent characters and lovely plot development and writing. Rest assured, this won't be last time I read this one. Thank you for this!

Lovely. Simply beautiful and complex, and completely magnificent. I'm so glad that I stumbled upon this story. Every moment kept me hooked. Your writing style is lovely (there were a few typos, but I don't count that as bad writing) and persuasive. I couldn't keep from reading. While I was a little miffed with how long it took you to get Hitomi and Van together, I understood why.
