So I just read the new HP script book... Striking how similar this chapter is to some of the lines in the book

Does the wizarding world have no rules about drinking alcohol? Who would let there little kids go to a club with barely clad women and why would a bartender serve underage girls alcohol? This does not sound like the characters from the books allowing there children to go and do this with no supervision.
