I really like this idea and how it could actually be played off in the show. Peppermint Butler isn't like the average Candy person. There have been instances where he seems really "dark" which Candy people are not. And he's bros with Death? Something like this is really plausible. Nice job. This is now my head-cannon lol

It's funny, most people think Pep-Butt doesn't like Marceline or something. In most (PB/M) fics, he disapproves of her. It was quite recently that we saw that he and Hunson have a connection, so I can see why.
Some people wonder if he's "evil" because of the whole "I want your flesh" thing, but I think that was a joke. He did hiss at the Lich King, so I don't think he's "evil." Besides, it's hard to tell who's evil and who's not in AT. So far, I only see the Lich as evil. Everyone else is misunderstood.

Anyway, I really like this. It's a whole new interpretation of Peppermint Butler. I also really liked the Billy Jr. thing about Finn (:

You did it yet again! This was so good! I always figured there was an alternate reason for why Peppermint Butler was a servant of the Candy Kingdom. I could totally see this happening and Peppermint Butler obviously does know Hunson Abadeer from the picture of the two of them together. I especially love how Marceline called Finn Billy Jr. and how you described Finn and PB's friendship.

I can't say enough good things. This was just so fun to read!
