Anyway thank you for writing this, I'm been a little depressed about the Lector thing not only cus Lector was a cutie and should not have died(?) but also because I felt like people weren't taking the whole thing seriously. That chapter felt like this huge epic thing to me where Fairy Tail truly got a lot darker but no one seemed to be paying attention to the fact that AN INNOCENT CHARACTER MIGHT HAVE DIED AND STING PROBABLY F***ING KILLED A MAN!

Haha sorry that was a little too intense... anyway I've been trying to figure out how Lector could still be alive (if there's no body then almost always there's no death) but I couldn't see Sabertooth's master only pretending to kill Lector... So your theory on Minerva being involved really cheered me up :)

Anyway this was a really good one shot that was simple, to the point, and realistic. Thanx for writing this :)

That is really a great story! It is sad and appeals the emotion yet this isn't unrealistic (though I hope Sting doesn't end up in prison). It's short but contains enough so that the length isn't important. You've really done a good job. Good work, keep it up! :3

As touching as that was, I think my opinion of fairy tail 300 would be unpopular but...

I really hope Lector is dead. There needs to be more deaths in Fairy Tail. As much as I like Sting to be happy, his character development will be negated if he discovers that Minerva kept him alive to manipulate him. And even after all that, I don't hate Gemma. Yes, people think I'm crazy! But I really hope this guy isn't dead. Fairy Tail needs a character like him who is cynical and realistic. To be honest, I find the Fairy Tail manga quite naive sometimes and Gemma is what we need to bring everyone down to earth again. Also, the already fucked up power levels of Fairy Tail will be even more fucked up if base Sting is capable of defeating Gemma in one shot but isnt able to bruise Natsu in dragon force. I always put plot before characters but maybe other people think differently.

Keep in mind that dialogue is something that should mostly be kept to a minimum unless you want to define something about a certain character's personality through his manner of speech or to reveal facts about another aspect of the plot. You are certainly good at expressing emotions through the writing but honestly, I think Rogue is more a man who speaks with actions and keeps his thoughts in his head. So instead of using so much dialogue for Rogue, make him think a lot but only offer very ambiguous statements to Sting about them.

You're a good writer... Which is why I reviewed.

I, too, think Lector is dead. Minerva has no necessity of pretending anything; if he is dead the impact will be even bigger. Teleporting him would be kind of pointless.
