This was a well-written crossover - nicely done!

That paragraph about the numbskulls, Gibbs' magic wand and the real Team Gibbs was very moving.
As was the bit of the paragraph comparing Tim and Keating.

Vance was a mensch, finding Cynthia another job, IMO.
Gibbs is not wrong about Keating having no sense of humour.
I was not at all surprised that Ducky knew about Backstep, and very glad Leon did not break Jackie's tea set in his surprise.

I reckon I was a bit right: the director is shocked, not pissed.
Tim seems to be fairly skilled at reading the director's mind there.
I had to Google buffalo as a verb.
I am glad, for Jackie Vance's sake too, that L:eon stopped smoking, as smokers stink.
It was kind of sweet, IMO (while also true), that Vance called Ducky "the good doctor".
"the odd little ME" - That made me giggle until I Googled and realised Ducky is at the most 5'8" and Vance 6' or 6'1", so Ducky would seem very short to Vance.

Timmy has an identical twin? In how many aspects identical? Abby and Gibbs are going to be pissed, is my guess, director Vance and the rest of de facto Team Gibbs? not so much.

Interesting premise - can't wait to read more!

Great chapter, as I've said on NFA, I love the premise of someone saving Langer, have always felt bad he was sacrificed. Would have loved to have him as a recurring character on the show and never made sense given the relationship we were shown between Gibbs & Langer in previous episode. So yay to saving him, love the crossover. I like well done crossovers, can think of another one I'd LOVE to see...care to guess...lol?
