There is no Naruto, she's just an OC in that you made. Which is normally fine, but not if you advertise the name "Naruto".

If she's going to be captain of her own ship, would she use minor and side characters as her own crew?

I don't understand the thought process here, why the genderswap? I have absolutely no problem with a female Naruto but, why have him be reborn as a female? Why couldn't Naruto be female whilst fighting Orochimaru?
Would this be a plot element later? As I have said I have no problem with a female Naruto but, genderswaps that happen for no reason in fanfictions piss me off.
