This is a precious concept but there are so many mistakes in it that it's nearly unreadable. You really need to either edit thoroughly or find a good beta. There are a ton of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and structure mistakes that cheapen the story and make it hard to understand. There are also areas that could be revised to be more realistic and overall better.
I would offer to beta but this story is a little long. I would be willing to proofread and edit a few chapters so you can see your mistakes and learn to fix them on your own.

I'm sorry but I can't see Bella being evil. Even if sh was then I think the Cullens would've persuaded her to be good again and her and Edward would've fallen in love again. I don't think Edward would have fallen in love with anyone other than Bella. Also you have spelling and grammatical errors. The ideas are good but they're just not for me. i just wanted you to know my opinion, sorry again :)
