I really enjoyed this story. It was exciting and kept me up too late like a good story should. It was a realistic look into the relationship between Dean and John and then how they perceive their responsibility to Sam.

If I hadn't done awful things to him in my own stories too, I might say 'Wow, poor Dean!' As it is, I'm a sucker for angsty Dean stories and this was a particularly good one. I thought you did a really good job with the relationships between the Winchesters, and the tentative friendship ending in disaster was both inevitably tragic and believable in terms of Dean's development. Very well written too. I look forward to reading more from you.

Wow! Really, just, wow! I can honestly say I NEVER say that one coming! Fantastic job, really well written, good idea and, holy cow! What a whammy of a last chapter. Really really great! Can't wait for more stories.

John had Sam help him exorcise the demon from Dean. That's so awesome and sad at the same time. I'm glad that Sam was able to concentrate and get it done. John was able to hold Dean still enough for the demon to be exorcised, and it didn't really say anything bad to Sam, thank goodness. It's a good thing the demon didn't tell Sam he had demon blood in him, cause that would have really messed him up, mature or not, he's still only nine. None of the family will ever forget this experience, even if they never speak of it again. Lessons learned the hard way like this, never get forgotten. :(

So Isaiah and the little sister lived. I hope they will be able to stay together after they leave the hospital, that they have some family to stay with. Dean was banged up pretty good, but he will be okay too. It sucks that he lost Isaac, cause he was becoming a good friend. Now Dean won't want to make friends ever again. :( Sam is all concerned about Dean, and he knows that Dean doesn't want to stay in the hospital alone another night. Looks like it was a valid concern, cause I'm afraid the demon came for Dean, and possessed him. Is it going to try to kill John and Sam next? John should have found a way to protect Dean while he was alone in the hospital...

Wow! Dean actually got to spend the night with Isaac, and he got to experience what a normal family does. I didn't think John would let him do something like that, but I guess Isaac's Mom can be pretty persuasive, huh? lol The little sister was cute, and she took a liking to Dean, probably sensing that he likes little kids and knows how to take care of them. It's sweet how Dean missed Sam sharing a bed with him. It totally sucks though, that the demon knows about Dean and his family, and that it tried to kill Isaac's family and Dean. I hope the little girl is okay, but it sucks that Isaac and his Mom were killed, and Dean and Isaiah were injured. :(

I just love the scene in the diner, where the two boys play little cuties, and Rosaline gives them their drinks for free because they're so cute. I also like the way they work with each other to get the information their Dad needs about the accident. I wonder what is making people crash their cars, and why it targeted Sam and Dean? I hope John figures it out before anyone else gets hurt or killed. It looks like it is happening every day now.

Sam and Dean seem to be pretty independant of John by this point. They have their routine, and it works well for them. I guess it's good that John can count on them to do what they need to do, especially since Dean messed up in the last town. I'm glad that nothing really bad happened to Dean, and that he seems to have learned his lesson about drugs. It sucks that he took such a beating, though it's good the suspension will give him time to heal, before returning to school. I wonder what was running around outside their trailer? O.o
