I've been searching this kind of Kaishin fanfic, about their love life which Conan can't be Shinichi again and fall in love with Kaito as Conan. And I love this. Thank you for sharing

It took me so long to finally decide to read this. It took me so long and tried few fics where Conan doesn't find cure to actually finally read this fic since you're my Favorite Author of DCMK KaiShin.

And because I know it would be as good as always, I was readying myself with the Hurt/Comfort. The pain before the comfort... Well written so much it hurts but also comforting because Kaito is there for Shinichi always... Damn

I'm just so glad they have each other. So much pain for Shinichi because he can't return... While Kaito still can't let go the legacy...

I find it hilarious how Kaito's so insistent on helping Shinichi and Shinichi getting better when they haven't even touched upon the topic of him stopping being KID. I mean, okay, there was the whole "last heist&riddle" conversation, but beyond that?
Well, this could easily have a sequel, even if it's already quite old, is probably what I'm trying to say xD

I first found this in ao3 and now here, and just- this is like the 3rd or fourth time i've read this. It's so beautiful, and just- hands down.

At first I thought it was a bit bittersweet but now I feel really warm and content. That was one heck of a story and one of my favourites, definitely. I just... all those emotions. You did real good.

Plus that fluff was too cute.

This was really enjoyable.

That was sweet. Even if a feeling of lonelyness seeped through the writing, not changing with the supposed happy end.
But than again, it does fit Shin-chans mood and I know how hard it is to adjust a style to not suite the flow.
