oh gods... it's a breathtaking journey through the history of two brothers growing enstranged but all the while still closer to each other than anybody ever before. You captured it so well, and the way you linked scenes with scenes and memories is perfection. I hope you never stop writing these two because you are amazing.

Wow. The road in this fic is paved with madness. I've read it twice and I still am not entirely sure who's the one imprisoned. Which may be the point. Lovely, spare prose. And I found myself wishing they could have stayed those youths forever and a day.
