This was cute, showing the strong bond between Flora and Bloom. There's no problem that it's short, I like short and sweet stories.

However, there are some distracting errors. First, I want to point out that you only need to capitilize proper nouns and the begininng of sentences. This next one isn't too distracting but there are a lot of "..."(triple dots). Lastly, try to expand your word choice. "Exclaimed" is used frequently. Instead, use words along the lines of "shouted" and "yelled".
