Is it in Latin?

Well, that was a fun read. Although I highly doubt Duo would ever call anyone a "sexy beast" in such a message, the fact that him and Relena are fooling around like that is truly refreshing. Give yourself a pat on the back for your originality, most others only ever treat them as virtual strangers, a couple or mortal enemies (since Relena obviously gets in the way of him and his one true love, Hee-chan...).
I'm also not a fan of the pilots being referred to by their last names, since it never happened in the series (only in that despicable English version of that horrid GW series manga) but all in all it fairs better than a huge chunk of other fanfics here. I'm also grateful that the story isn't cluttered with unnecessary descriptions of what articles of clothing everyone wears. So good job.
Though I must say, I'm surprised neither Relena nor the Commander himself reacted negatively to his swearing at her. I would have at least expected a stern look at his misbehavior in the presence of a lady. But oh well. As for the message itself:

Very nicely written. Its nice to see that Relena can have a skill that Heero does not and so humbly help them figure out the message.

So being a dislexic linguist with an interest in anglo saxon-history actially has its uses. Who would a thought it...according to the EGIDS scale of linguistic sustainability anglo-saxon would be a 10 (Extinct: This is the level of sustainable history but No one retains a sense of ethnic identity associated with the language, even for symbolic purposes.) and its modern varrient, english is 0 (international: The language is used internationally for a broad range of functions.) Isn't history fun?

I LOVE it! Does that last line say, "Pave the way, fluffy?" It took me forever to remember theta says "ta", but that's all I could guess when saying it aloud.

Lol, this was really funny. Translating it was a challenge. I would enjoy seeing a sequel to this, possibly with more Relena/Duo being 'dangerous'. Kudos to anyone who gets the translation!
