MinnesotaSucks chapter 1 . 2/26 Imma be honest i'd be fine in -4f in just a sweatshirt, its the usual temp were i live. The coldest its got here? -40f including windchill, i lived in that i can live in -4 |
Guest chapter 7 . 1/1/2018 After all that we barley see them recover and we dont see them saved wow waste of time this was |
Guest chapter 4 . 1/1/2018 John better not start getting all the attention or be worse off then sherlock cause im sick of every fanfic ending like that |
Joy Dean chapter 7 . 3/28/2017 Quite a nice story! Not overly emotional. Good character-authentic dialogue. I especially liked John "diagnosing" the stages of hypothermia as he and Sherlock were succumbing to the cold. Just one nitpick-the verb is to lie down, not lay down. It's always a bit jarring to hit a bad grammar spot in an otherwise lovely story. |
Sam chapter 1 . 1/7/2017 This is looking to be quite good so far, I just have some problems with the temperature. 0 celsius isn't that cold at all, same goes for -4, now assuming that they would be wearing jackets, -4 really is quite manageable and wouldn't cause them any problems, I know from experience. That having been said, I do quite enjoy your writing and the story plot, good job :) |
Guest chapter 7 . 8/11/2016 This is so sweet damn |
Guest chapter 7 . 7/21/2016 Not bad. Nice little story. |
Guest chapter 6 . 7/21/2016 Where is his scarf? How dare you end on such a cliff hanger. |
Guest chapter 2 . 7/21/2016 This fic is making me cold, and it's summer. But to be fair, it is very cold in the building I am in. |
Rune chapter 1 . 8/20/2015 Ok I'm just saying but your -4 degrees celsius thing is entirely wrong, haha. I live in the frigid northeast, and it gets easily around 10 degrees farenheit out and I'm totally fine with just a hoodie on. Once I got locked outside of my house (i forgot my key i am literally an idiot) in January, and it was around 15 degrees. I couldn't do much except for wait around for my father to get home, so I was literally stuck outside for around six hours with only a thin hoodie and a sweatshirt I had in my backpack. I was extremely cold, but I didn't get any of the symptoms of hypothermia at all! Also I've gotten away with being outside, exposed to harsh cool night air and deep snow, wearing a t shirt, tattered jeans and converse in -15 farenheit for around 40 minutes, and I only experienced the first mild signs of hypothermia with no lasting damage, haha. |
QueenNaberrie chapter 7 . 2/25/2015 Very good friendship story. I love how they look out for one another, even if Sherlock doesn't always want to openly admit that he cares. ;) |
QueenNaberrie chapter 2 . 2/23/2015 As I'm reading this, I can't help but laugh about -4C, which converted to Fahrenheit is 24.8F, is considered really cold to John. That is like a heat wave for NY right now. LOL. ;) 32F actually felt warm yesterday. It's really sad to think that 32F is warm. lol But now it's currently -10F (-23.333C) outside. BRRRR Now THAT is cold. And it's been in the single digits most of the time over the last month or so. Is it Spring yet? PLEEEASE. I want it to be Spring. ;) Sorry...I'm just really tired of winter right now. Can you tell? Reading on... |
Guest chapter 7 . 1/27/2015 Loooooove this. When I saw this episode of Castle I thought it would make some good Johnlock! At least Sherlock didn't go off with his paramedic boyfriend and ignore the fact that the man he loves is sitting right over there! Oh Caskett, I'm glad it's canon now. Anyway, love this story :D |
Cherry chapter 1 . 1/5/2015 R u American 'cos I know 4 a fact that in England 10 is pretty good! On a great day u get 17 or above! |
