I think though that in Hermoine's research on PTSD for Charlie she should would have seen some of the same symptoms in others and maybe even some of the symptoms in herself.

Awesome story. So full of angst. It was hard to read Ron becoming so out of control, but so well written that it made it all believable. I am glad the Weasley clan stood by her. Another great story!
