It's tremendously amazing how many emotions can be contained in a mere handful of words. In just under 600 words, you managed to coney the raw passion that Chris and Jill feel for each other, although this fic is mainly in Chris's point of view. While you went on describing sex, you managed to do so without being graphic or offending, and I'm glad for that. I think the present-tense you used was a way to show that things were happening between the two real fast, and how eager both of them were to submit to their feelings for each other. It was a lovely fic, and I'm happy I had the opportunity to read it. Good work. :)
