I'm just running under the assumption that Derpy and Ni will never get together because she isn't pushy enough and Ni has the attention span of a squirell when it comes to women, haha. And I'm just going to assume AU where Price isn't being hunted down for being british.

And so the conflict begins. It always seems to be the damned Appleloosa. I was beginning to think it had just blown up on its own, haha.

Well, now I'm confused. Ni needs to get his shit together and get with Derpy, lol. And those chatty ladies, so silly.

Aww, poor Derpy. I'm fairly convinced that Ni is the one with the messed up eyes if he hasn't noticed her affections yet, lol. Anyway, I'm still raring to see what becomes of her.

And so the conflict develops. It's obvious Derpy has a crush on Ni, but it seems Ni doesn't notice or doesn't care. We'll see what develops there. Spitfire and Soarin in the other plane was cool, didn't expect to see any of the Wonderbolts so soon, haha.

Oh Rainbow Dash, always causing trouble. And I like Ensign Derpy. That's sure to make things rather interesting, and if I'm not mistaken, I smell a ship that doesn't belong to the Admiral's fleet. I'm liking the little bits characters are playing so far. Their cameos are all pretty well thought out, especially Spike's. His fits very nicely, haha.

Well, I have to say that was rather well written for a first chapter. It seems the friend who sent me to this story wasn't mistaken about its quality. I like your attention to detail, varying little things as you go along to keep it fresh. It keeps me paying attention, and though I don't know where the story is actually going from here, I'm sure you'll have another reader on your hands. My plan is to catch up on this, and you can be sure I'll let you know when that happens.
