My brain died a little when I read Aichi, mpreg and 'pussy' all in the same story. Understandably this is a one-shot and only the birth scene is covered, but perhaps a slight explanation of how he had that female part might be helpful, like it if was some kind of mutation, or if he's a hermaphrodite. Otherwise, most likely Ren would have raped him through the backdoor. Same way the baby would be born too.

Also, when Kai and Miwa returned, I would have thought that they would have figured that Aichi had his kid without having to look for the baby in his arms first. Birth scenes aren't all pristine and clean. There will be traces of blood, and since Aichi passed out immediately having his kid, there would be the cord still attached too.

Another reviewer mentioned this already, but yeah, the stomach doesn't go immediately flat. It takes months for the swelling to go down, but right after birth the new mother still looks pregnant, actually.

Overall, I'm glad to find an mpreg fic in the Cardfight Vanguard fandom though

I'm sorry, but there are so many things wrong with this. I'm a big fan of M-preg, don't get me wrong, but men don't have pussies. Nor do they have uterus's. Also, birth takes hours, so I sincerely doubt Kai and Miwa were gone the whole time. And finally, your belly doesn't go down as soon as you give birth, it stays swollen for...well I don't know since I have no experience with pregnancy of any sort, but I would guess it would stay swollen for at least a month.

And finally, why did you change into RP-speech all of the sudden? The fanfict was going just fine writing-wise until Aichi gave birth, and then it went downhill.

Well looking aside the surreal situation, it was quite a nice start. I don't get why you had to type the rest out in script though. I feel it ruined the whole image. So next time, try not to use the script format after starting a story, okay?

Sad for Aichi, but he got a happy ending in the end
