Once I read some tips on a blog about how to make a good 18OC ff. One of the tips states: don't make them childhood friend. At that time I wonder why. Now I think that's because it's like cheating. You got to know little Hibari who aren't as menacing as his older self and you got to be closer to him than anyone who came late. Hibari also would treat you differently, you were special to him just because luck or fate. You might have excuse that Hibari liked your personality too, but that's also could be because he's willing or forced to know you better (by time) and the same chances weren't given to everyone.

I don't think every OC who became Hibari's childhood friend will be not good. Because even if you were close to Hibari since childhood he still might not like you and you'll just end up as friend or acquintance forever. But it can fall easily if you don't be careful. In this part, you have to make them together naturally. I found this story fall more to humor genre and not very natural. It's not that bad but not fit with my taste. Don't be discouraged by me, this is just opinion. I don't ask for perfection or expect every writer to write to my taste (I just have to write my own ff if that's so), but maybe it'll do some good to know my thoughts.

Actually I have been having this idea from previous chapter. It seem Hinata does have strong characterization but it's still seem unstable (?). It's like once she is emo and then become all cuddly (fangirling -_-'). It's still pretty understable, but she is still a child or that she's just reborn. She should have been more influenced by her past. She's too cheerful/brash/rude(?) (not counting her dislike toward sun, I meant it more on feeling and emotion not preferances). If it's in reality it's more understable because there's many unstable people in this world, but as a story character she isn't fit. Eventhough my excuse can be very wrong, I'm still think her characterization can be better.

Hinata is a beautiful name! But she need to have strong characteristic or uniqueness that will not make your mind wander to Hinata from Naruto.
