You know, I actually liked this.

I have to agree with a previous reviewer that your version of Fry was really too dumb (even for Fry.)

Otherwise I really enjoyed the story. I loved how you included references to both classic and modern Who.

I know what's in the crate! Monkey D. Luffy has gotten back into the bad habit of stowawaying boxes.

"You, Zapp Brannigan, have bested me in a game of wits." Those words could never be uttered seriously, and without heaps of sarcasm. I burst out laughing when I read them.
The end part with Nibbler. I guess fifteen dollars is a lot if you are Dr Zoidberg, but it is more Nibbler being a coward. Still hilarious. This entire story is hilarious! XD

Poor Leela and Kif, with their synchronized weary sighs at Zapp Brannigan's idiocy. The Doctor has to face his easiest task ever: outwitting him.
"Cute, cuddly, and harmless... The deadliest kind of creature." That's just a perfect Zapp Brannigan line. And how Leela wants to keep the Doctor. He'd have to live as her prisoner, under constant supervision so that Leela can have him rather than DOOP. On a related note, although there is only one chapter remaining and I doubt it will happen now, I was expecting the Master and the Professor to meet up. They would go well together...

Stupid Doctor, trying to make Fry think about strategy when really he should have been thinking about robotic ice cream cones with purple claws and diamonds. And now they are yet again arguing about who owns the Doctor. None of the Planet Express crew seem to have learned a thing...

Well, I'm pretty sure that there is more than one way to act without logic and strategy which would not save the world, causing Fry not to do everything exactly right. However the lines themselves and the ironically logical way of illogicalness was just brilliant. Of course it is Fry. Once again, the fate of the universe is on him.

Okay, let me comment in the order of the sections.
1) Fry really is stupider than usual. A lizard granting wishes... nah, not a ladder, go away! Wait, is it a ladder? If nothing else, after all the adventures (as it has now been revealed it is after both the straight-to-DVD movies and that mad forwards time travel episode) he would know what a future ladder looks like.
2) Daleks... or as they could be: fembots in skirts! Hilarious.
3) The reality adjuster will never work. Not unless there is a machine who has caused a massive paradox with his previous selves, and a three-time through-universe time traveller who is his own grandfather. But it totally isn't the planet express crew's fault, because *reasons*. The Doctor was right to facepalm.

Well, I guess both Fry and Bender are anomalies. Bender must be thousands of years old with all the times he used the code, and Fry both had the code and is his own grandfather. Also, he travelled a thousand years into the future. Hmm, for a Planet of Doom which appears to be ruled by Daleks, there seem to be a lot of ladder stores. Must be the ladder district. Leela and Bender really don't have much of a sense of self preservation, do they? First them arguing over the Doctor and not letting him speak, and then when they are sneaking around as loudly as they can looking for Fry. I believe what Leela said about the Daleks not finding them is what is commonly known as 'jinxing it'.

Fry really does seem more idiotic than usual. Unsurprisingly his bananas are missing, and Bender is getting jealous at the Doctor's stealing ability. It'll be interesting when those two meet. :)

Classic Zapp Brannigan...

I don't think Fry is quite that idiotic. Then again, occasionally on the show he has bouts of complete idiotism more so than usual, but I still don't think to quite that extent. Bender's reaction to them apparently 'breaking Fry' was in character though. Yes! Zapp Brannigan's in it. This is going to go hilariously wrong, like it always does when he comes up in a storyline. Now I'm thinking its the Doctor in the box, with the way that they said *he*. At first I thought they were transporting a Dalek and would then have the Doctor coming in trying to deal with it, but now it seems like it is probably the other way round. Oh, Nibbler's reaction as well. At least Fry has come prepared with bananas... XD
