Awesome! The only thing that tossed me off was the first chapter, you said it was a quick death in a car accident, the rest of the story said she was lingering in the hospital before she died...unless I read the first chapter wrong, otherwise I quite enjoy this story

I like it it's been a while since I've come across a decent si oc that I haven't already read so thanks for writing so well with no (obvious to me at least) mistakes in spelling or Grammer.

Although I did realize one mistake in the next chapter when aoba says Hiroshi is to go with him to the mines. Earlier it was planned that hiroshi was to portray the younger one 4 years old and obviously he'll stick with his 'mum' rather than go with his 'dad' to the mines which is no place for children.

Amazing story. Very realistic and intriguing

In anime fillers Land of Vegetables had ninja using flower based techniques, so maybe this would be an option ?

Also I'm curious who those ninja in Kusagakure are. There are few options I guess:

A) Last attempt from Danzo to recruit her into ROOT while also set up a trap.
B) Bloodline hunters ? May be both Kumogakure (who said that trying to kindnap Hyuuga heiress was their only attempt after war) so it would be fatal if they learned of her ability. Or even Hunter Nin from Kiri.
C) They are indeed normal Jonin 3 genin, but I doubt it. If they were only just this, someone who reported them would at least notice some things which would connect them into certain village, so they are probably more experienced then this.
D) Simply wandering ninja like from Watari Clan without any connections to any villages.

Anyway I like this story and looking forward next chapters ;).
