Let's face it people, we need more Billy stories.
This was, like, fluff- good for the soul. I will never admit out loud to the fan-girl squeal when Robin threatened the pedo guy, but I will admit to gushing at the end with the band-aids. You just can't not. It's too cute for a single human being to bear without cooing and giggling at least once.
I would like to applause this piece of over-protective!Robin/too-innocent-to-resist!Billy for the rest of eternity.

This is such a cute story. I have come back to read it at least twice. Well, the end is cute... some of the beginning is not so much so.

I did like it all however, do not misunderstand. The description feels just right. It is neither too little nor too much. I feel like it just gives me a glimpse into the scenes like a pale watercolor wash on an ink drawing. Things like the waitress going to town on her gum just give it that extra little umph.

I also like the quips about the bat belt and the hints at the relationship between Batman and Robin. Superman is supposedly Dick's favorite hero in some renditions so it just seems to fit that he would have one Superman Band-aid just tucked away without telling his mentor. Plus it is cute hearing him talk about having to wash the Batmobile.

This whole thing is just such a nice read. I will probably keep coming back to it cause I am already doing so. Thanks for writing it and sharing it with the rest of us.
