This was really well-written and totally in character for both Hisoka and Machi. I think you show their motivations really well, how Hisoka has "other toys" and Machi can't really bring herself to care about him on a "deeper level". There's a give-and-take element to their relationship in canon which you did a great job of portraying in this fic. Great job.

K this is really good. If these two had somewhat of a physical relationship this is what I would picture it. This is the best fanfic of this pairing that I've read...not that there's a lot and they should have more since this couple is so underrated but nevertheless keep up the great work and maybe write another machixhisoka fanfic?
