So I found and started reading this this afternoon. Every chapter I have had a couple of comments to make, some regarding characters, interactions, etc. However, seeing as how this fic was completed 8 months ago, I have kept all thoughts to myself. (By the way, way to go making Chandler almost palatable!) But I digress. I can no longer hold my tongue. That last paragraph, the one about Finn? Powerful. Gut wrenchingly powerful. If anyone has never seen an injured soldier brought home from the field, they will surely know what he looks like by your description alone. So stoic, so alone, so angry. Wow. Nicely done.

Awww...Sadness to come, I can feel it. :( Hopefully Finn gets better (I'm half expecting him to be an amputee) and him and Rachel have a happily ever after.

Okay, I'm still trying to figure out why they can't just ask him... Kurt's pretty flamboyant, so I don't think that Blaine can be without suspicion that he's gay, and if you're a gay guy and another guy is talking, maybe flirting, with you, than I don't think it would be a bad idea to ask. Yes, it could be awkward and if he wasn't flirting it might ruin a burgeoning friendship, but its better than getting someone drunk and possibly in a dangerous position.
