Wow, you weren't kidding when you said sometimes the story will get confusing . . . XD In other words, you totally lost me with this chapter. Really good, though - I love the mystery surrounding the Seven and the ritual! (I'm a huge fantasy nut, so that might explain it. :P)

The chanting thing seemed well-written in the first part (once again, loved it!) . . . and then it became (quoting the book I just finished today) gobbledygook. Kind of looked like you just moved your fingers randomly around the keyboard . . .

Hmm, I just realized: I never even wondered if Jayfeather will get back to his time. XD

I shouldn't say this, but yes, Briarlight will be back, and, jaykit, Jayfeather is my favorite character as well, so I will not kill him off yet. But he will be killed eventually, but that'll be in a few books still. Stay tuned and intrigued!
