yes I think Alex will be able to get out, just because it is Alex.
I think Ben will tear it down to get to Alex.. or probably get the people working there fired as they are all pretty much bad..
I think their motives are to help Alex because they like him and feel the need to help Alex because he looks pretty young...
Bonus: I think Jack probably thinks they are crazy people who are trying to prank her.. :D

Nitpick time:

1, It should be pissed off, not pissed. In England, pissed means drunk, and Ben is clearly not.
2, Mate isn't just an Australian thing (in fact, I'm not even sure whether they actually say it over there or if it's just something American screenwrites made up) It's one of the few bits of the English slang that I'm pretty sure is consistent across regions and, for the most part, social class, and it wouldn't be even remotely odd for somebody to say mate.
And, for that matter, do they even have TV in Australia? I mean, I know that they have a cricket team and I think there might be some rugby players there, but TV is pretty advanced stuff...

Nitpicking aside, this is an interesting story and we're all evil for wanting to see Alex tormented like this, but it really is just so much fun. Well done, and keep up the good work.
