I'm glad that Dean and Sam finally caught the man who infected the ladies. I felt so bad for Sammy having that bad dream about Jessica and Dean, Dean is always a good care giver for his Sammy when he's not feeling good.

Sam's hallucinations are so terrible and hard on him. It's amazing, and a credit to his inner strength, that he can still function. I'm sure it helps that he has Dean with him too. Now he has something wrong with him, even though he's awake now. I wonder who it is that's coming?

I would like to think it was the guy that was using other people's parts to keep himself alive... All they did was bury him. Maybe he got out? Can't wait for the next chapter!
