I wonder if you would do a fanfiction where Aizen got free and in turn captured Ichigo and turned him into an Arrancar. However, to keep Ichigo in check, he had the shinigami turned into a child. I imagine Ichigo looking like his Vasto Lord form but younger, and with the mask cracked. I also imagine Ichigo losing his memory and implanted with false memories by Aizen's bankai. It would be interesting to see Kazui Kurosaki face off against his father, both seeming to be around ten.

I wonder how Orihime would deal with being a single mother. She and probably everyone thinks that Ichigo is dead.

I don't think Szayel would be of much help since he is in Hell and I don't think Aizen's could get in there. Maybe Kokuro could be of some use, helping Aizen's rebuild his Arrancar army.
