Guest chapter 22 . 11/8/2018 I loved this story! It will likely never be continued but I enjoyed it very much |
VinceyPrincey chapter 18 . 5/25/2016 Ive drunk kava before, pretty gross tasting. Had it when I went to Fiji. Many Fijians are addicted, its much like alcoholism. |
excessivelyperky chapter 22 . 3/13/2016 Minerva never once betrayed him? Oh well, I supposed that attempted murder is so common in his life that he would never have any social life at all if he refused to talk to people who have tried to kill him. And I don't blame him for trying to keep this secret-one can only imagine what Minerva pulled to make sure St. Lily didn't end up with a scummy Slytherin. Confessing he loves Hermione is fraught with peril, if canon is anything to go by, though fortunately not in this story. |
excessivelyperky chapter 21 . 3/13/2016 I wouldn't be so happy about learning that my daughter had erased my memories, sold my practice and moved me to Australia without bothering to tell me why or anything like that. At least Hermione is sorry about it. Do the Grangers have the finances to return to Britain and re-establish their practice, or are they stuck where they are for the rest of their lives? I still think someone slipped them another compulsion spell so they would be delighted to see their daughter again and not upset, mind you. |
excessivelyperky chapter 20 . 8/29/2015 If Hermione had those students, she'd be complaining about them too. Every teacher does. But I am glad that Snape is taking steps to keep in contact with her. And Hermione needs to find her Gryffindor side and be just as brave as he is being, for him. |
excessivelyperky chapter 19 . 8/23/2015 Yay! A good chapter for both of them all around-the potion works, Lockhart will have to pay for his crimes, and Snape is showing a willingness to return her affection. But if I were one of Hermione's parents, I would find it hard to forgive having my life taken away. Hermione fell into the Wizarding trap of thinking of Muggles as helpless with no right to decide for themselves. |
excessivelyperky chapter 18 . 7/30/2015 Oh, they're going to be more than friends-but at least now the air is cleared between them. And given the life that Snape has had to lead for most of it-'this was the wrong week to quit (insert drug)"-from the air traffic controller in AIRPLANE!. It would be surprising if he didn't have some form of secret relief from all the trauma and pressure he's been under for so long. At least Hermione understands. And this chapter shows that Snape was able to get some help, too (if only to keep him efficiently functioning for the Greater Good). |
excessivelyperky chapter 17 . 7/27/2015 It's not a good sign when she can't eat a whole sandwich when she's with her friends; sadly, she will probably always feel a bit defensive about Snape around them (fortunately, Luna doesn't seem to have a problem). |
excessivelyperky chapter 16 . 7/25/2015 Yay! I'm glad that Hermione is able to look after Snape when needed; he does push himself too hard. And yes, Gildylocks would make the best test subject. So what if his hair turns purple? I suspect that most of the tension is leaving their relationship just now-murdering a curry together really helps. |
excessivelyperky chapter 15 . 7/4/2015 Nice chapter. But perhaps some emotions are surfacing that are keeping her from sleeping, emotions that needs to be acknowledged. Frankly, any man who fixes me breakfast ever day would go on my Potential Suitor lists. But maybe Hermione is thinking why she's still qualified to talk to unicorns? Or perhaps she's feeling some residual guilt for what she did to her parents. Still, she needs to acknowledge the emotions, and at least write them down (perhaps color coding them?), or they will continue to bug her. |
excessivelyperky chapter 14 . 5/7/2015 Oh, my-they are moving past staring at each other shoes onto just plain staring. Furtively, so far. I suspect that both of them are sailing briskly on the good river De Nial, but...are beginning to wonder why they just don't let themselves enjoy the moment. Nice chapter. And I like spaghetti Bolognese, too. |
excessivelyperky chapter 13 . 4/28/2015 Oh, my, Hermione really has it bad. If only she knew the color in her Professor's cheeks means he has it bad for her, too. |
excessivelyperky chapter 12 . 4/17/2015 Aww. This chapter is sweet. But it's a good idea to adjust dosage by weight, though fat to muscle ratio is something I'd rather not calculate for myself. And they are proceeding rather nicely through waffling and despair to a better relationship. |
excessivelyperky chapter 11 . 4/13/2015 Can Snape cook breakfast at my house? Pretty please? And it seems they have progressed to shuffling their feet and looking at *each other's* shoes (definition of a nerd extrovert). Heh. |
adara1103 chapter 1 . 4/12/2015 I want to hear more about their blossoming relationship. Please don't wait so long to update. Can't wait to read more by you. |
