Despite my opening words i do say that this is oneof those storys that is a bit better because of the speakers unprofessionalism and out of character everyone is. Let me explain.

When reading poorly done writng that is really good for whatever reason in this case the over the top but not stupidly so premise story and stupidity of everyone involved, i go into skim mode by passing all the boring stuff or bad grammer by skimming.

Beyound that lets get to my original point the out of characterization of your ocs. They are all military so you expect them to be official, a bit uptight, and political about their thinking when the time is right. not in this story, raised by non militaray miners and immigrants with a penchent against authority its no suprise they have none of the hundreds of years of tradition and a lack of tact and subtlety, cursing like crazy and talking poorly. So while not intended good job with that.

One thing you forget about Quarians. Their species is like 50 million, and they have the largest fleet in the galaxy of 50,000 ships. also for the unsc they can't use dextro amino acid worlds but the quarians can, making it a win win if you assimilate them. The unsc gets 50,000 operational if highly used ships that can be used for transportation and supply, freeing up ships and crew who woulds other wise have to do it. Its also a lolitical bitchslap in the face for the citadel for taking the moral highground. The Quuarians being some of thenbest engineers and experieneced in mass effect tech intimately is just bonus for a group who got blacklisted by the citadel council.

It makes perfect sense if you think about it.

Could you make the red faction reunite with the systems alliance and by that I mean the red faction conquering the systems alliance?

mate this is a awesome story and I loved the way you made the Quarians the bad guys for once and it makes sence that they would attack I mean the red faction isn't part of the counsel at all and are not a part of the main human faction so they are not pissing off the rest of the galaxy by attacking "civilised" society so well done :D

right one thing a 360 degree rotatable turret is practically impossible unless its suspended magnetically or something similar and even then it is not very practical since some of those angles would point the turret back at the ship, this is without considering the difficulty of powering what is practically a suspended wireless drone at this point. If you meant something else my apologies. This is the red faction cruiser under the red faction handbook. also I believe scanners would pick up the thermal signatures of the EVA suits though I might be wrong about that.

finally the quarians aren't given all this crap for no damn reason. SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A METAL!
