Absolutely fantastic story. Not enough Kono/ Adam fics out there unfortunately.

I love that Kono was able to take care of herself. While I loved the dramatic tension of the ep with Adam trying to revive her it did seem OOC given Kono's history. If she'd been drugged or seriously injured it would have been different so I love your version.

I also appreciate the implication that it is only because Kono is so exhausted that she's hasn't just made her own way to Chin and finding Delano.

While I love the show it tends to overdo the action and sacrifice the personal emotion of the characters. Your story has the potenial to explore so much of that. Not just the relationship between Kono and Adam but the dynamic of Five-0 as well.

From Kono and Chin's famial loyalty and concern for each other, to Kono's buried sense of abandonment from Danny & Steve, not just from what happened but also from her suspension.

I for one would love to see you continue to show us these moments.

Just found your story. I like the way Adam came to Kono's rescue, without making her feel like the damsel in distress.

I'm glad you updated this. There is a serious lack of Adam/Kono fics and they're my guilty pleasure, so its always great to read fics about them. Can't wait for more!

You finally updated :) But it was worth the wait. That whole conversation with Chin was just so them and so in character that I could imagine it happening on the show, and Adam and Kono well that was cute and you will never be hearing me say otherwise. I cant wait till they get Delano because I know what Adam will do to him, oh that will be really good. Please keep updating and this was well written and amazing like always :)

I like this version better than the shows, although I was happy that they allowed a short loving interaction between Adam and Kono. This is great so please continue, I love the way that Adam takes care of her - it highlights how much she means to him. I just read the whole fic now and I thought i would comment in one post but it really is sensational so please continue writing it, I want to see more of the joint HPD/Yakuza takedown, now that would be cool - with Adam chucking a couple of punches for Kono ;) Beautifully executed and the characters are really true to form, hopefully these two get some more onscreen time together so we can have more ideas running through our heads that tickles our muse.
