Well. That was interesting.

You know it's funny...sometimes I like Q, and sometimes he drives me crazy. I guess he's written to do exactly that, isn't he? I like this one shot...I've always felt (in my twisted little mind) that Q would do something like this. And Picard is just plain sexy regardless of what or who he's with. ;)

"Q smiled mischievously. "You could always tell them the truth." Jean-Luc gave Q quite an endearing you-really-aren't-fucking-serious look." I bursted out laughing.

This is an amazing story!

"An excellent decision, mon capitaine," he said dropping his voice into a register that emanated unadulterated hunger. "But first, a mass extinction for our friends, the bland and boring Borg!"

Then he proceeds to stomp out the entire race, and eats the remaining few. Q has a very dark sense of humor when he exterminates an entire race, that's for sure. Picard made a very morally ambiguous decision, but I can see his point of view. It made for a good read!
